Refund Policy

At Pantsformers, we want you and your little ones happy with every pair of pants. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

Returns

• Window: 30 days from delivery date
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
• Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-returnable

How to Return

1. Email us at returns@pantsformers.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll send you return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable
3. Pack your item securely and ship it back

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is inspected and approved
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a full replacement at no extra cost.
